We would like to draw your attention to some recent literature on refugee law, which you can download from the internet.

Probably you already know the International Journal of Refugee Law, published by Oxford University Press. It offers several free-access papers. The most recent, by Ryszard Piotrowicz deals with States’ Obligations under Human Rights Law towards Victims of Trafficking in Human Beings: Positive Developments in Positive Obligations

A more general source is Academia.edu You can find there a recent paper by Marina Vargas, Associated Professor at the Spanish University and editor of ECJ Leading Cases: Common European Asylum System, Regulatory Framework (Spanish only)

Resulta especialmente conocido el International Journal of Refugee Law, public ado por Oxford University Press.
