Next Seminar 21-11-2012 Marina Vargas – Andrés García: Cross-border Successions in the ECJ case-law: tax law perspectives and new developments in Private International Law – Sucesiones internacionales: aspectos fiscales y de Derecho Internacional Privado

Our third ECJ international seminar will take place this Wednesday November the 21st at 12:30 (venue: graduate hall A, Faculty of Law, UNED, Obispo Trejo St. 2, Madrid). Our keynote speakers Marina Vargas Gómez-Urrutia (Professor of Private International Law, Spanish Open University and Andrés García Martínez (Professor of Financial and Tax Law Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) will deal with Cross-border Successions in the ECJ case-law: tax law perspectives and new developments in Private International Law. The seminar will be chaired by José Manuel Tejerizo López, Full Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the Spanish Open University. Nuestro tercer seminario internacional ECJ tendrá lugar este miércoles 21 de noviembre a las 12:30 (lugar: Salón de Grados A de la Facultad de Derecho de la UNED. Contaremos como ponentes destacados con Marina Vargas Gómez-Urrutia, Profesora Titular de Derecho Internacional Privado de la UNED y Andrés García Martínez, Profesor Titular de Derecho Financiero y Tributario de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. El seminario versará sobre Las sucesiones internacionales en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia: aspectos fiscales y novedades de Derecho internacional privado. Presidirá el seminario el profesor José Manuel Tejerizo López, Catedrático de Derecho Financiero y Tributario de la UNED.
